We stay here for one night and the room is clean and sea view near the bathtub is great! The quality of the breakfast is also nice with wonderful sea view. Staff Thao and Thanh are helpful during checkout, cảm ơn! ^__^
Our family had a wonderful 3 days 2 nights at this hotel right in the heart of Phu Quoc. The room and pool was clean and spacious. We also received courteous service from the lobby staff, especially Binh & Thanh as well as the breakfast staff. The bedding and pillows were to die for, it was super comfortable.
We had a pleasant stay here in M Hotel. Room is clean only that too bad we came during the bad weather but we still enjoyed our stay! Staffs are friendly and helpful they even scheduled airport transfer for us (our driver Mr. Ngoan is very helpful!) even if it’s past the time limit they still drop us at the airport for the compensation as they have their bar & swimming pool currently under maintenance. Will definitely be back again!
