M Social Hotel New York Downtown

We had a fantastic stay at the Millennium Downtown Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We booked a junior suite, which was spacious, clean, and ideal for a small family – plenty of room to unwind after a busy day. The beds were honestly some of the best we’ve ever slept in – incredibly supportive and paired with luxurious feather pillows that made for an amazing night’s sleep. The air conditioning was quiet and effective, and we loved the dual-aspect views overlooking the city – a real treat to wake up to each morning. The housekeeping team was excellent, consistently attentive and efficient. Our room was always spotless and refreshed, which made a huge difference to our stay. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Financial District with easy access to major sights and excellent transport links. Whether you're heading uptown, across to Brooklyn, or down to the ferry, it’s all straightforward from here. While food options were a bit limited onsite due to ongoing renovations, there were plenty of fantastic local eateries and breakfast spots just steps away, so it never felt like an issue. The elevators ran smoothly, even during busy times, and overall the hotel had a professional and welcoming atmosphere throughout. We highly recommend the Millennium Downtown Hotel to anyone visiting New York – for comfort, convenience, and excellent service, it’s a great choice. We’d absolutely stay again in a heartbeat!

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for the second time in 13 years. We had booked a room to ring in our daughter's 21st and had requested for a high floor. They accommodated that request and gave us the 52nd floor with the best views possible. We requested for a late check out and Denise at the front desk was most helpful . The rooms are spic and span, the service outstanding, the views breathtaking and the location is unmatched. Will recommend it to everyone.

It’s an amazing hotel. I already stayed here 2x, and always had a nice stay. The staff members are nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and very well equipped. The view from our room was so beautiful! I will stay here again once I back to NYC. Highly recommend it! (There is renovating - re-branding going on)
