M Social Hotel New York Times Square

I had an amazing experience at M Social Hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The hotel has a modern, stylish vibe with a fun, welcoming atmosphere that made my stay feel special. The location is unbeatable — right in the middle of Times Square with stunning views of the city. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being in such a busy area. The lounge area were definite highlights — perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. This hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and convenience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting NYC!

Thank you for a great stay. The staff was extremely friendly and flexible. Every single time you see a staff member, they stopped what they were doing to greet you and asked if you need anything! I work in the service industry, this is great training. The bartender when we first arrived was amazing as well. Front desk, house keeping, you name it. 👍🏼

The rooftop, room views and location were all absolutely fantastic. The concierge was arrogant and without desire to do his job. His lack of interest in being informative and willing to guide makes the title itself laughable. I think a Google sign would’ve easily done the job!! 10.00 day credits were not given as mentioned at check in but a destination charge of 40.00 per room that WAS NOT mentioned certainly was tacked on. The blame was immediately shifted to the 3rd party reservation outlet so beware of the EXTRA destination charge. Ridiculous!!!! The property itself self was nice. The check in was smooth and she was very welcoming. I wish I would’ve got her name! She was multitasking with a smile and she is an asset to the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again just not ask for any guidance from the person that was specifically pointed out as the property concierge.
