M Village Hotel Tho Nhuom

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at M Village honestly surprised me—in the best way. It’s one of the nicest and most reasonably priced hotels I’ve been to, perfect for both short stays and longer trips. The staff deserve a special mention. They’re genuinely warm, attentive, and quick to help. I had an issue with someone smoking indoors during my stay, and the team responded immediately—took care of the situation, deodorized the space, and followed up to make sure everything was okay. That level of care really stood out. The rooms are exactly as advertised—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was super comfortable, and little details like daily room service (at no extra charge), fresh bottled water, and surprisingly good drip coffee sachets make a real difference. Added perks like free laundry and complimentary tea and coffee downstairs just make the stay even better. I’ll absolutely be returning to M Village—and checking out their other locations too. Can’t recommend it enough.

Absolutely loved my stay at M Village. The room was cozy, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The location is super convenient—right in the heart of Old quarter in Hanoi yet peaceful and quiet. What really stood out was their excellent customer service: the staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Not to mention their super fresh scent they use at lobby, immediately fall in love with it. Highly reco for a stylish, comfortable stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, making it so convenient to explore. The service was exceptional—friendly and attentive staff made me feel truly welcome. Upon check-in, I was greeted with beautiful flowers and fresh fruit, which was a lovely touch. To top it off, when they found out it was my birthday, they surprised me with a delicious cake! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this place!
