I had a very pleasant stay at M village. The staff (My and Nguyen) were friendly and always ready to help, especially at the front desk and housekeeping. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the quick response when I needed extra towels. Breakfast was decent, though it could have had a bit more variety. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks to the team for the warm hospitality!
M Hotel, accommodation, food, and swimming pool condition were excellent compared to other hotels. All the staff were friendly, and I especially appreciate the friendliness of Mr. HAU among the staff. I would like to visit again. The hotel is divided into two parts, about 100 meters away on foot. Bottled water is not provided free of charge. The instructions are in Vietnamese, so please check. There are three swimming pools, so it is convenient to use. However, there are rocks in the largest pool, so you need to be careful because you can get your knees cut while swimming.
It’s was a fabulous resort with reasonable price. Restaurants and massage parlours everywhere! Staffs will friendly and fast on delivering essentials. The facilities eg the warm pool and their room was big and clean. Special thanks to the front desk for keeping my small birthday cake delivery. As well as THANH for helping our luggages to our car during check out.
