Stayed during a pre booked tour and their WIFI was down the whole time. I’m sorry but I find this hard to believe. Breakfast was included but when we went down for it; there was barely anything left. We had to wait for minimal food. Location is not near anything relevant for tourists.

We were booked here for four nights via an educational tour from Australia. If I’d been here with my family, we’d have left after the first night. Alas, we are locked in. Rooms are ok but walls are not sound proofed. Breakfast is a standard continental breakfast with coffee machines rather than than a barista, a faulty toaster and limited fruit options. Not great but not altogether terrible. There have been issues with water for toilets/showers every day of our stay. On two of our three mornings so far, our group of 24 teenagers aged 15-17, and five adults, had to leave for the day without showering as we had absolutely no water. We took to showering in the evenings but water access wasn’t even guaranteed then as we sadly discovered this evening. Let’s hope tomorrow, our last morning, is better. Two of the kids’ rooms have faulty towel rack radiators that can’t be turned off. Hotel staff have been unsuccessful in finding a repairer while we’ve been here. After two nights during which two girls had their AC on the lowest temperature setting and windows open, they were moved to another room. The radiator blazes on. The location has been the worse aspect of our stay. It’s at least 40 minutes by private coach to get to Florence, over an hour by public transport, or a €65 Uber. It was a €30 one-way taxi fare to the nearest town, Campi Bisenzio, when we had to visit a medical centre. A taxi to Florence would be outrageous. It’s far away. And there is nothing here at the hotel. The restaurant is hit and miss whether they open for lunch or dinner. Tonight, on our last night, it has been opened for another tour group. Two days ago when some of our group had to stay in due to illness, there were no options for food after the breakfast had been cleared other than Deliveroo. The staff were wonderful, with one receptionist cobbling together a breakfast food platter for our sick students to have for lunch when they were bedridden, but it not for that they’d have gone hungry. It is an autostrada hotel being marketed as something else. I’ve hated it here which is a shame because Florence is wonderful (even if it’s miles away from this hotel). Would not recommend. Find somewhere else. I implore you.

Non- soundproof room. Noisy neighbours, vehicle noise, passageway noise. Room wise - single bed is the width size of the pillow. Why twin bed is inconsistently arranged that are fitted for children not adults! No basic amenities like coffee, tea in-room, no kettle, no cable charging sockets. Back-dated hotel. Flush system was bad, water keep flowing.
