Spent a weekend here, and it was lovely. The staff were great and the room was very spacious. No complaints about the room or the food. I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic customer Service . Very fast replay to emails. Reception and rest of staff very polite and speaks fluent english. Room clean , big with air-con . A lot of facilities to use and beautiful green gardens with koi ponds . Dogs are welcome . Highly recomend

Arrived 20min ago and already wanting to leave… we booked this stay via booking.com which turns out to be a mistake. Spa area which the hotel heavily promotes is only accessible if you booked a timeslot (max 2h) + the hotel charges 10€ per person per slot and 7.50€ per bathrobe. For our 3 day stay that would mean add. costs of 75€ if we wanted to use the spa area daily for 2h… When booked via the hotel website you still need to book time slots, but at least the 10€ per person charge is not necessary (still charging 7.50€ for bathrobe…) Lady at the reception was reacting neutral to our confusion and did not try to meet customer satisfaction. Let’s see for what else we will be charged the next 3 days. Update: the Sauna was at 50 degrees Celsius.
