A place that will forever hold a special place in our hearts—this is where our wedding took place, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. The service was absolutely top-notch, and every detail was taken care of with such grace and attentiveness. A special shoutout goes to Rex Miñoza from the Sales team, who guided us through the entire planning process with patience, enthusiasm, and expertise. Rex made everything so much easier and more memorable—your commitment and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we are beyond grateful. The food was exceptional, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and the staff were consistently courteous and accommodating. Every guest who attended had nothing but great things to say. It truly felt like a 5-star experience from beginning to end. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a special event or even just a relaxing stay. Thank you for being part of one of the most important days of our lives!
We had a good stay here. The place is nice and is accessible to the airport. Pros: Good food Clean and cozy rooms Great massage Staff are nice and friendly Great assistance from the sales, Rex has been helpful in assisting us through our 3-day business review (Thank you very much, Rex!) Cons: Slow service in the restaurants, maybe because they are short-staffed Smells like drainage when you open the water in the shower (but only at the beginning)
The hotel is in such high demand that my family wasn't able to book rooms after my husband and I booked ours. And because it's in high demand, even though we picked the "one large bed" option, we were given two single beds due to lack of availability of our original request. So my husband kept joking that it's like we were back to our dating/single phase. There's complimentary water, coffee, etc. in the room, and everything should have been complete, but they don't have separate soap dispenser near the lavatory. Thankfully, there's a 711 in the same compound and that solves the issue. This is quite near the airport, so it's easy to call Grab. Breakfast buffet is quite nice. Staff are courteous, and helpful especially the ones in the buffet area.
