Mabalingwe Game Reserve what a wonderful place. The moment you walk in here it feels like your closest family welcoming you. The reception, restaurant, the people at the shop and even the guy at the gate are so friendly and helpful it makes you feel at home.. I haven't been to a place where I felt so welcome in a long time. The Game drive on Wednesday morning was absolutely great, they get a 10 out of 10..our guide was very helpful and friendly and the animals are in an extremely good condition. The accommodation and staff was excellent. I was very disappointed that half the game area was closed due to 'ranger activities'. The whole week we were booked we could only drive around the same routes on one side of the farm. If I were informed of this I would never booked. We did see beautiful animals and birds visited the Kalahari oasis and found rest and peace in the tranquility of the bush veld but I will think twice before booking at Mabilingwe again.
