The worst experience, the reception man was just rude and not helpful, I have an impairment and no one told me its not disability friendly. I booked for a 2 month stay I paid in full . The room had a terrible smell and the mattress and the pillows had stains all over them. They did not provide wifi in all areas of the hotel and the reception didn't want to use his translator to communicate in English. He is the reason you lose business.

So where do you I start? First of all everything was super dirty. The bed sheets, the floor, the bathroom was all very badly cleaned. It’s embarrassing to say this but there was a stain of period blood on the bed and it was pretty visible. Also obviously dirty towels. When we asked for new towels, the guy stared at us, walked away and never came back. Second of all, several things stated in the room description were not only inexistent but most of the time broken: The A/C was broken in the whole building other than the lobby, if you can call it that. Several rooms opened their doors because the heat was just too much. It had a fan but it didn’t work well and honestly it was my first time I saw a fan not working properly. The Safety Box didn’t work either and the service didn’t help us at all and kept saying they will repair it in a few hours but it never came, so finally we repaired it ourselves! The bathroom door was broken and didn’t close. The shower box didn’t have a door so the whole bathroom would be full of water after every shower. It stated “sea view” in the 18th floor but there was no sea available. The most positive aspect was the pool: Very lovely and a nice atmosphere (also clean). But they also didn’t let us use the pool for half our stay time because of “cleaning”. Lastly, I would like to point out that -just to be fair- despite all the negative aspects, i’d have accepted a descent help from the service: that is if at least they tried to help. But every time we asked them anything they only said that’s that and we can’t do anything about it. I hope the hotel reads this and improves itself. Also I hope you don’t decide to stay there. Thankfully we only stayed there for 2 days.

The room was terrible. There is no mention of any hygiene. air conditioner is not working in any room no room services at all beds are dirty bathroom smells bad canot sleep from the bad smell
