Macao Colombia

This is the fourth time we stay at Macao. Not the same as previous years, very deteriorated, bed sheets were badly stained and with hair. Arrived there at 2am, requested a room far from elevators and quiet and was told that they didn't have me on the list for a room and I had purchased the stay two weeks in advance. They ended up accommodating us in a room next to the elevators after almost an hour of back and forth. I requested the best day to be moved to a different room and they moved us to a quieter room but then the wifi signal didn't reach properly. When I mentioned it to the front desk, I was told that because of the location of the room the signal didn't reach properly. It was only five nights, we stayed but I don't think I will stay there again. I do have to mention that the front desk staff were very polite. It was not bad but could have been better.

Great looking, modern but the staff is very unprofessional. They were rude to the guests that were showing me around bogota. They required each one to register and get the ID scanned which seemed a little too much for me, I understand security but.... The way the manager Jorge brought up the issue of guests staying over was rude. Oh btw anyone extra who stays has to pay an additional 60,000 which is about 20$. Not staying here again and I definitely don't recommend it.

Sorry, won't stay there again, bad maintenance, I almost burnt my self in the shower with scalding water, toilet lever fixed with a bolt and a metal bracket, window broken, noisy room and bad service at the front desk. The only good thing about the place is the very friendly manager
