Very beautiful hotel with a luxurious and family environment. Very nice and polite staff. The environment and design inside the hotel was very luxurious and had a special style. Beautiful view of pristine nature by the river. I recommend watching the sunrise from the view of the glass rooms of this hotel.

Disappointing Stay, Poor Hygiene, Safety, and Service I’m sharing this review to help others avoid the experience we had and make conscious decision. Sadly, our stay fell well below acceptable standards for cleanliness, comfort, and service. i'd reserved this hotel through a 3rd party, it was for 3 nights, I could not stay few hours! I left this hotel to another hotel and did not get a refund! The room was not properly cleaned — insects were present, and the minibar contained visible algae, which I showed to staff. The balcony door couldn’t be closed, and the insect shutter was not properly working, raising both safety and hygiene concerns. Only one air conditioner served three rooms, making it difficult to maintain privacy or a comfortable temperature. Even more surprising was the presence of dogs roaming freely in shared areas, including the elevator — completely inappropriate given the existing hygiene issues. While some staff were welcoming, others were untrained and unresponsive to our concerns. One staff member had poor personal hygiene, which added to the discomfort. Despite raising several valid issues, no effective solutions were offered. I’ve documented these problems with photos and hope management takes this feedback seriously. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, as what should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating one.

The service was attentive, but the rooms are in need of an update. Our bed was uncomfortable, and there was no hot water during our stay. At €70 per night, the quality didn’t match the price. Breakfast was mediocre, though the surrounding nature is undeniably beautiful. We were surprised to be offered a paid upgrade despite the hotel being nearly empty — a complimentary gesture would have been more appropriate under the circumstances. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.
