We had the best time staying here. The location is absolutely perfect and the rooms were beautiful. We had three rooms booked and it was for a special occasion. I had emailed with Silvia prior to our stay and everything was arranged brilliantly. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. I 100% recommend this hotel and a visit to Windsor it is beautiful. We can’t wait to return
I went there for a special family dinner. From the moment of booking until the day itself, everything was handled with expertise, consideration and superb service. The staff never hurried us, and made sure that we were well looked after. The environment was so calm, it was an oasis in a busy day.
We had such a lovely stay for many reasons. The location right beside Windsor Castle was perfect for walking around the lovely town and seeing the castle. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and the breakfast had a wide range of food to choose from.
