I liked it! It is not luxury but it is above good. The room size was good. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍. The dining room is spacious. The food was good and plenty of it. It has a bar and it seemed nice and enjoyable for those who like to have a drink or two or more. It has a outdoor not very large swimming pool...also one for kiddies. And it has a relatively small indoor pool. It is not very close to the sea beach ( about 10-15 minutes walk away) but it is in a green, higher-up position which in a hot summer is a big plus. And the service is very good. The whole hotel is very clean.
This season, we spent 14 days at this hotel. Our economy room was on the other side of the pool, facing the trees, and we loved it there. It was amazing—freshly refurbished, sparkling clean, a really comfortable bed, and good wifi. It was shaded for most of the day and quiet because of this side. The housekeeping ladies on our floor (3) were just amazing. Every day they provided fresh towels, disinfected the toilet, and created something cute on our bed. The restaurant's food was good and of decent quality, but it was almost identical every day and lacked creativity. The waiting girls, on the other hand, did an outstanding job. There were also some drawbacks, such as the extremely passive front desk and the bargirl Sasha, who was rude and unprofessional for the majority of our stay. Overall, most of the employees appeared overworked and unmotivated. The amateur animation team was horrible, blasting insanely loud music into the restaurant just as we started eating lunch or dinner. Still I can say that we really enjoyed our stay.
I am staying now at your all-inclusive hotel and, unfortunately, my experience after one day is quite disappointing. The organization seemed to be completely non-existent, and the acute lack of staff in the restaurant led to complete chaos. Guests were forced to wait a long time in line just to be served, and the tables were often left uncleared for far too long. Moreover, the diversity of the menu was lacking. The food not offer enough options to satisfy the tastes of different guests. Another frustrating aspect was that the water dispensers ran out very quickly, and we had to go and notify the staff to refill them. The same issue occurred with the coffee cups, which made each meal feel like a real chore. Please consider this review as constructive feedback. I believe that addressing these issues would significantly enhance the experience for guests and turn their stay into a pleasant memory rather than a disappointment.
