Excellent holiday and stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional and helpful when we had issues or questions. Bar staff and waiters are very attentive, food was delicious and variate. Parking space was really good if you plan to rent a car. The live music and entertainment in the evening was really enjoyable to relax after a long day. The view from the pool is just stunning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel! It was full of lovely activities (we tried tennis, swimming in the inside and outside pool, jacuzzi, massages and cocktail bars) and the pricing was very reasonable. I want to especially praise the massage at the wellness center! It was amazing through and through. We also booked a hike through the hotel; it was a wonderful experiment made easy. I would also recommend using the free van ride to the center of the city and back, what a great deal provided by the hotel! :-) Our room was nice, nothing mindblowing but the view was very nice as you can see in the photos. We had our own balcony, which we loved to spend time on. Our room was the cheapest option, if I remember correctly. The cleaning was well-done and efficient! The breakfast was alright when it comes to the vegan options. I mostly ate beans in tomato sauce, potato wedges, mushrooms, and bread with marmalade. There was also a wide selection of fresh fruit, some cereal, and plant-based milks. I was quite disappointed that there were no toppings for bread (such as hummus, margarine, or "cheese") besides the marmalade (and beans, haha). Perhaps I should have asked. No vegan desserts either. When it comes to vegan food, I would advice not going to the hotels own restaurant. The food was not good – I'll make another review on the restaurant alone! The location of the hotel was interesting to say the least. It was on top of a hill, whereas most restaurants and activities were at the bottom of said hill. Coming back to the hotel by feet was always a struggle, as walking up a steep hill in the hot sun was... rough. Haha. But in a way it was also fun! I don't see it as a problem, but it can be a bad location for people with mobility issues, wheelchair etc. All in all I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I would visit again. The service was top-notch, the daily live shows improved the already very lovely atmosphere, and the activities were fun and varied. :-) Thank you for having us!

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days. Since the hotel’s parking is very small and almost always full, we had to leave our rental car on the main street every night — and for the whole week, we didn’t experience a single scratch or issue. On our final night, we managed to park directly in front of the hotel entrance. In the morning, we found the entire side of the car badly scratched. We immediately informed reception, but were told there are no security cameras outside and that's all. We emailed hotel management with all the details, but received no response to this day! We were charged €200 by the rental company and had to go through the insurance process ourselves. For a 4-star hotel, the lack of basic security and customer care is extremely disappointing. We expected much better Sadly, this left a very negative impression at the end of an otherwise enjoyable trip. We would strongly recommend the hotel management take this issue seriously and improve guest safety — and communication.
