Rooms: - No WIFI ( They claim free Wifi but it doesn't work) Service is the worst: - They gave telephone no one answers it. - You need to find staff yourself in corridor and request them to fullfill what you need and they will do it if they wish. - They didn't help put luggage in our rooms they said do it yourself. - The staff is rude. - Getting any service is a pain. Bathroom: - Shower head was not working properly.
While the room is so so, the f&b that comes with the bookings is really badly manage. The quantity is never enough for all occupants. Dinner starts at 6pm (maghrib prayer) & finishes at 9pm which is the time that most occupants finished Isya' prayers and upon reaching hotel, food will somehow already be finished and they will clear ur table/plate even while you are eating!! The staffs are very rude and arrogant and can not communicate (or pretends to not understand) even if asking simple question.
