Best hotel in this price. Amazing location, friendly staff, neat clean rooms. Cute balconies. Its best in every aspect. If i ever visit baku again, i will stay here.

I had a wonderful experience at the reception desk of Madinah Hotel, thanks to Mr. Amin. He was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my questions were answered promptly. Amin’s friendly demeanor and professionalism set a positive tone for my visit. His assistance made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. In addition to that the rooms price were reasonable for the good quality provided.Highly recommend!

Terrible experience, avoid at all costs! This hotel is a complete scam. Not only is it filthy and poorly maintained, but they also stole money from us. It’s far from the city, and nothing works properly. The staff is manipulative and takes advantage of guests just to scam them. After taking our money, they came up with excuses not to refund us. This kind of behavior needs to stop! These people are thieves and con artists. If you've had a similar experience, don't hesitate to contact the police to put an end to these scams. Avoid this place!
