Great hotel for the price. Large room, although the decor is basic. The only complaints i have with the room is that's no mini refrigerator. Also, the air conditioning is too small for the room size. The location is good. Service was excellent and staff spoke decent english. Breakfast spread is decent and tasted OK. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator, which could be a problem for those with mobility issues.
Very comfortable hotel. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, fluent English spoken. Fast and reliable WiFi. Convenient location , 24/7 supermarket across the street. 100 % recommended. Thank you for your kind hospitality and early check in!
UK REVIEW 🇬🇧 The hotel is situated about 30 minutes from Manas International Airport. There are local shops nearby too. First impressions were very good. The customer service received from all members of staff is of a very good standard. All staff will go the extra mile to ensure you have a comfortable stay. All staff speak and understand English very well. Hotel room was presented well, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast selection is good. I visited from UK with my (Kyrgyz) wife and we are planning to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this place 👌
