I had an excellent stay. The hotel is clean and prestigious , strategically located and carefully designed to guarantee your comfort. A pleasant hotel with a warm welcome. Thank you to Florence for her professionalism. My friend and I really enjoyed the spa. I would highly recommend it👍👏👏👏

It’s a nice hotel in a great location. We had one of the larger rooms on the top (4th) floor and it was very spacious with views of both the mountains (just about) and the sea. The en-suite bathroom was also huge with a fancy shower and a bath that can easily accommodate two. The breakfast room is airy but quite small, so it’s a good idea that you need to book an approximate slot to use it. The food is fresh and good, although I’m always disappointed with mini-pastries like the ones you cook yourself at home. The team were efficient although our reception on arrival was a bit on the cool side in comparison to our other experiences this year. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Saint Jean de Luz.

A great hotel with a super team. We didn't go for the smallest room and so it was a good size. But two small concerns on the room: 1) There is a big bathroom but no shelving next to the wash basin to place one's toiletries so they have to go on the floor! 2) There is a desk with five sockets and two USBs. Bravo! BUT, it is too high to eat or work at and half of over half of it it is occupied by the Nespresso machine, glasses etc. I made the exactly the same complaint about another lovely hotel only last month. Maybe we should not allow the accountants to design the bedrooms and, no matter who does the design, they should have to stay in one of the rooms for one or two nights...
