Visited this place for the wine tasting. It has such good vibes. The whole estate is beautiful and animal-friendly. The wine was outstanding, ended up buying a couple of bottles to take home.

What a pity we could only spend one night here. The staff are super friendly and very efficient. We love to make our own tea and coffee in our room and whilst we were getting our luggage from the car a kettle and cups appeared. Fresh water and lovely homemade biscuits had already been supplied. We had a lovely dinner here sampling two of their own wines. Everything was freshly prepared and presented nicely. The amuse bouche of a selection of local cheese and meats was a special touch. Breakfast was a lovely private selection for each table. A nice touch not having a large buffet table. Fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, delicious bread and an option of freshly scrambled eggs if required. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable beds. The shared lounge looks inviting on a winter day infront of the wood burner reading and drinking wine. We enjoyed exploring outside amongst the vines and seeing the horses and foals enjoying the spring sunshine. A very special place . Thank you for a fabulous visit

Amazing staff. Location was perfect,at the foot of the highest mountain in Portugal. Quiet peaceful, horses, grapes, pool, beautiful sunset. Room was large, balcony was large, bed was large and comfortable, second time here and we will be back. Staff really appreciative of patrons. Being able to watch the horses as we had a glass of wine on the balcony was beyond words.
