We were here for a week and very much enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient for restaurants and grocery stores. All who worked there were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided each day was great. Great coffee machine, variety of teas. Water bottle fill station in the lobby.

We stayed at Mercure Hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — right next to a beautiful park where you can enjoy the sound of birds every morning. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Most importantly, the hotel was very clean, which is something I really appreciate. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I’m leaving with the confidence that I won’t even look for another hotel next time I visit Antwerp. Thank you for everything!

Good Stay with Great Views and Comfort – Some Room for Improvement I recently stayed at the Mercure Antwerp City Centre, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel enjoys a fantastic location overlooking the city’s beautiful park, and the views from the room were truly lovely — a perfect way to start the day. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a restful night’s sleep each night. The room itself was well-sized and had good natural light, which made it feel more welcoming. That said, the cleanliness and general maintenance of the hotel could use a bit more attention. A few areas felt a little tired and would benefit from a refresh and a deeper clean. These weren’t deal-breakers, but they did slightly affect the overall feel of the stay. Despite this, I still found the atmosphere pleasant, and the staff were polite and helpful when needed. With a few improvements in upkeep, this hotel could easily stand out as a top choice in Antwerp. All in all, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you value a good night’s sleep and scenic views.
