My second time came here. Very friendly staff. Beautiful river view. The room was very comfortable and the owner made so much effort to make us feel welcome. Will highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway.

Serenity at its best. Great kampung experience on the bank of Sungai Geting and not far from Sungai Golok river mouth and South China Sea. Try the varieties of the best Kelantanese food that you can find at the food stalls and restaurants in the area. Plentiful of places to visit and activities to indulge in. You can visit Pengkalan Kubor free trade zone or cross over via ferry to Takbai, Thailand. You can hire a boat for sea fishing or river cruise.

I was on a fact finding mission, so please pass the rating. This is a partly floating (a term that includes building on stilts over water) and partly landed 10-room resort located in a quiet village near Pengkalan Kubor Duty Free Complex on the Malaysian border. Their restaurant and cafe were not operating during the pandemic, so guests will dine out or arrange for meals beforehand, there is no sign of western restaurants in that area. The surrounding is serene and locals are friendly, making it a place to relax. They can do river cruise if you want to break the monotone. There are many Thai temples in Tumpat, I would imagine they can help arrange for transport too.
