Magic Natura Resort

We stayed here with our small family on 2017 and again in 2025 (last week). Both times we were blown away. Customer service is great, the rooms are very clean, there's so much to do for the kids & food is very good. All the staff are helpful and seem to enjoy what they're doing. The waterpark is great, the zoo is brilliant, we were even blown away by the medieval show we attended which was also included. Both visits for us have been top notch and we will definitely return next week. Highly recommended if you have kids younger than 12yrs.

We have had the best holiday ever. The location is outstanding, the resort is beautiful,lot's of food choice. The entertainment has been exceptional and the staff work so hard to keep everyone happy and having fun. Different shows every night and such wonderful performers. We will definitely return and really can't wait to come back. Well done Magic Natura!!!

Definitely not a 4* Cabin 1303 very run down, ripped flooring, wholes in blackout curtains, rubber seal round door came off and smelt. The mini bar' topped up twice in our 7 night stay. Had to actually request for this to be done. Beds not changed even though requested and card placed on bed. Chair bed very uncomfortable. Definitely not made for comfort. Our room was dirty/dusty when we arrived, cleaner came as rang reception, wiped toilet brush holder and left unhappy! Food cold and not great. Rats around cabanas at the pool area, when reported they did not seem surprised. Cleaning, and I'll use this loosely was not done daily even when card put outside to request. (Do not walk about room with sock or bare feet as they will end up black!) Towels changed only after we requested it through the WhatsApp chat. Definitely not worth the price!
