Magic Pyramids inn

Hotel was very close to the pyramids and Mr. Hussain at reception was very friendly, informative and possible the only positive thing from our Egypt trip. Rooms very not very clean but good enough for overnight layover.

Don't be fooled. This hotel is listed under several different names, which caused a delay in finding the place. Staff was super helpful or unhelpful, with no in-between. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small, the water was cold, and the shower continuously got clogged. The location is awesome to see the pyramids, but it's in the slums. The owner Ali needs to be honest with people

This hotel suggests it's a 4 star, there is no way this is 4 star. The main reception staff are non existent. The room was clean but very dated, bathroom doors don't close properly. Showers not the greatest. The last day there was no power in the hotel , no electricity till 2am, I know this isn't the hotels fault but they don't seem to help at all, I asked about additional water and got no responses with this. The only thing going for this hotel I guess is the location, as the view from the terrace is amazing. The chef at breakfast time was very friendly and helpful . The morning of check out there was nobody at the reception to take the keys, we left them on the counter .
