Staff are great bar staff are amazing can't do enough for you they literally dont stop so lovely and helpful accommodation could do with refurbishing. Lodges are very small and we had a cockroach in the shower and lodge had ants everywhere in the shower up the walls all in bedroom. The restaurants on site were lovely and again staff in them are constantly on the go. so much variety of choice of food. Great choice of activities always something to do entertainment was fabulous. Great place to go with children, but a little out the way need a taxi to get anywhere else if you don't want to just stay on the complex.

Lots to do for kids . The restaurant times are great and plenty to choose from. Rooms are cleaned daily. The entertainment inside is really hot and very little comfortable chairs outside in the evening so your limited. We arrived after 11pm so the restaurant were closed and was told to order a "just eat" then although the rooms have cooking facilities there were no cutlery and when I asked reception they said No 🤔 I asked other staff and also No. Didnt/couldn't get an answer why !. We booked through a well known travel agent and wasn't aware they asked you to vacate your room at 10am and stop your all inclusive at 12oclock . So your not technically getting what you paid for as every holiday I had you all inclusive finishes when you leave. So be aware if your flight later on in the evening you will be out of the room by 10am and no all inclusive after 12 when the restaurant open at 13:30. Knowing what I know I would plan differently.
