**Review for Hotel Magna Manastir** I recently spent three nights at Hotel Magna Manastir, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and at home. Their warm hospitality was consistent throughout my stay. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the breathtaking seaview from my room. Each morning, I woke up to stunning sunrises over the water, and in the evenings, the sunsets were equally mesmerizing. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and the beach. The serene atmosphere and the sound of the waves made for a truly relaxing getaway. Overall, Hotel Magna Manastir exceeded my expectations. The combination of the beautiful seaview, comfortable accommodations, and the incredibly nice people made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation by the sea.

Our tour company selected this hotel for us and we stayed 3 nights. We stayed in October which is low season. We were upgraded to a superior room which made a big difference-the view is incredible. The place is adorable and feels like the greek islands. Two pools and plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the view. Breakfast outside is a great way to start the morning although the coffee wasn’t very good. And the view at sunset and at night is just gorgeous. Staff is nice and helpful-many cannot speak English but it was fine. Overall our experience was great. However, there were small annoyances such as not bringing us water or toilet paper when our room was cleaned. The shower wouldn’t get very hot and each time I (or my friend) took a shower, the water would stop about halfway through. You’d have to wait about a minute for the water to come back on. And the head manager was difficult to understand but kept asking us if we wanted to get massages which seemed strange. Restaurant menu and food is just ok. Drinks from the bar were surprisingly good. Nice ambient music played in the evenings. Location is at the top of a STEEP hill that goes into town. It takes about 10 minutes to walk slowly into town down the steep road. We would take a taxi at night (100 liras from Bodrum center) so we didn’t have to climb back up that hill. There is a taxi stand right outside the hotel which is convenient.

The hotel has a nice view, but the room we stayed in was not great, sadly. The doors all cannot be closed properly. And shockingly, there was a stray cat in our room one day. The room was smelly and full of cat hair. We were so scared that we would get fleas, bacterias and diseases from the cat. Had to change the room at 2am. And all of our clothing and suitcases all have to cleaned. I don’t know how it can happen.
