Very stylish and quality stay. Especially loved the staff who did all they can to make this a memorable experience for us (a family with one kid). High quality staff, equipment and service. Close to lifts, so you don’t have to walk with those snow boots. They even offer shuttle service to other gates if you like. Guest relations was fantastic, resolved small issues immediately (wifi wasn’t available on second floor, but fixed within hours), and even helped with extra requests we made. We definitely felt spoiled with all these assistance and the great food. Please try the fried manti (Turkish dumpling, local to Kayseri), one of the best dish I had so far.

Such a nice wonderful place for skiing.. The day we went was crowded.. But was still awesome there.. Love the 🎶 music.. It brings body movements for cold snowy weather up there. Before I forgot.. Don't skip ıto drink hot chocolate in Magna restaurants.. 🙊😝kind of delicious.. Enjoyed and keep safe!

No coffee or tea in the rooms, no water, everything is paid mini bar. Really hot, central heating system doesn’t let you to regulate the temperature. Design of the rooms is beautiful. Restaurant service really slow, even though there were just few tables they got confused with orders. Under the slopes which makes skiing really fun. Beautiful slopes around.
