Stayed here overnight during a transit. The room was clean and comfortable. The menu and food serving style need major improvement — it felt like the kitchen doesn’t prioritize layover guests, even for a la carte order. Big thanks to the front office and housekeeping staff for their excellent service. They helped retrieve a phone I had forgotten in the room. Much appreciated! Will ofcourse stay there again!

Not a nice experience at all. Ethiopian Airlines should not use this hotel anymore. They food isn't nice, intercom doesn't work and I was on the 6th floor. Took maintenance at past midnight to fiddle and fiddle for over an hour to get me hot water to run in my bathroom. Gosh ...please this hotel needs a complete redo!!!
