Mahagiri was absolutely amazing. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of Mount Agung — a perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of both local and international dishes. Our room was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast while watching the sunrise — truly a magical and serene experience. This place is ideal for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature.
We came here for lunch. They serve buffet food and the clients are 99% tourists. Food is not amazing but the view on the rice terraces is so for us it was still a worthwhile finding, also considering price is reasonable. The staff is, as commonly in Bali, very friendly and attentive.
TERRIBLE food and TUI didn't let us know that we have to pay the drinks so we had an embarrassing moment when we tried to leave. The view is stunning though... But orher than that, terrible buffet food, terrible drinks (we had fruit fresh which maybe was made with a lot of water cuz it was tasteless and I didn't even drink it). I think this is a tourist trap for the view bscause other things in there are horrible! Not worth it, unless you want to take a few pictures with the view...
