Cheap, clean and tidy room, friendly staff. There is an elevator if you don't want to take the stairs.
I would give a 0 if I could. DO NOT stay here. I booked a 3 bed room online & they took my money but then told me they only have a 2 bedroom. Did not return the difference to me. So I paid extra for a 2 bedroom. When I checked out they tried to charge me for a dirty towel that was already dirty when I got there. Go stay somewhere else
Worst experience in South-east-Asia. Very unfriendly, bad service, no english-speaking staff. They rip you off for early check-in (nearly the double of the price per night) No hot water. Too high commission for a very bad bus... Really, nothing positive about it.
