Who doesn't enjoy swimming in a pool with cigarettes butts. Good things swimming caps are mandatory, but too bad no one told us it's not respected anyway, and we didn't have to buy those swimming hats I guess. No lifeguard at the pool. Loud partying noises till 3am. When at 2am I called reception, because I couldn't sleep, they told me "1 hour" and left the phone hanging, so if you are planning your RELAXING STAY/VACATION it would probably be better to avoid this hotel.

They delete bad reviews. You need to wear a cap in the swimming pool. Breakfast is not good and little choice. The room was ok, but not worthy for that price. Atmosphere in the hotel also pretty sad. And though they are in the range of the Etna, Savoca, Taormina & Messina etc, it's still pretty far from everything. Don't book this

I tried to reach out to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place.
