The hotel seems nice, but there are a lot of problems, first of all one of our bed's collapsed, it was almost impossible to sleep. there are constructions happening around the hotel, which make it noisy. We are pretty sure there were bedbugs in the beds, and the breakfast is quite underwhelming, and unsatisfactory, the service wasn't bad, but it is understaffed and it lacks any variety, the orange juice tasted off, I think it was spoiled. The shower was designed badly, the water went out of the shower, and it didn't dry up. There was also a big stain on one of our mattresses, which was really disgusted, I don't really recommend the hotel.

🚨 ATTENTION! READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK! 🚨 I booked 2 rooms (Les Suite Side Sea View Suites) in this hotel for 4 nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, the hotel looks nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The rooms were completely different from what was advertised. The listing claimed there was a futon bed—there wasn’t. Just a chair. Second, this is not a beachfront property. You have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the beach, crossing several busy streets with no safe crossings. If you’re traveling with children, be extremely careful—it’s dangerous. But the worst part was the bed bug infestation. On the second night, the other room I booked (Room 103) was full of bed bugs. There is already another review from a family before us complaining about the same thing, so the staff knew this was a problem. Instead of acknowledging it, they tried to claim the bites were just mosquitoes. My friend had bed bug bites all over her face, hands, neck, and back. Even the pharmacist confirmed it was bed bugs. When she brought a pillow with visible bugs down to reception, the staff panicked and told her not to bring it there. Only then did they agree to move them to a hotel next door. This entire situation ruined our holiday. The kids were covered in bites, and no one took responsibility until they were forced to. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. This place is dishonest, unsafe, and completely unacceptable.

Don’t go here! We rented two rooms June 2025. The rooms looked nice and clean and had a big terrace. The problem was that one of of the rooms (102) was infested with bedbugs! Lots of them… It was not until we woke 5 am to go to the airport we discovered it :( I emailed the hotel directly but no answer så they don’t seem to care.
