Maison Hotel Bangkok

Absolutely loved my stay here! Everything was perfect — the breakfast, the friendly staff, the well-equipped gym, the pool, the comfy beds, and the clean, spacious rooms. The location is great: it's in a lively area, but surprisingly quiet inside. You don’t hear the noise from the bars, only the cars passing by. I had an issue with a laundry service on the same street (not part of the hotel... they gave me back one bag less), and the hotel staff will kindly try to help me sort it out. So thoughtful and sweet! Highly recommend this place! I will definitely stay again in 2 weeks. Update: I stayed again for 2 nights and love this place even more.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff, from reception to security, were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—just about an 8-minute walk to the BTS station, making it very convenient for getting around. Nearby, there are also some high-quality cafes worth checking out. There’s an excellent Asia Herb massage place next door. The area has lots of nightlife, restaurants, and bars open late. Security was always attentive, so I felt very safe throughout my stay. During our stay, it was my husband’s birthday, and I was touched that all the staff reminded each other to make sure he received a birthday cake – such a thoughtful gesture! The spa services here are fantastic as well! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a friendly, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.

Unfortunately, my experience with the cleaning service at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not cleaned regularly, and even after requesting housekeeping multiple times, there was no prompt response. Overall cleanliness was below expectations, which really affected the comfort of my stay. I hope the hotel management improves the cleaning service, as it’s a key part of a comfortable experience. The housekeeping service at the hotel was very poor. All they did was make the bed and leave — they didn’t clean the floor, the bathroom, or properly tidy up the room.
