From the moment we stepped inside, this hotel stole our hearts. The interior design is absolutely stunning and truly one of a kind—it feels like stepping into a piece of living history. One of the highlights was the private spa, which can be booked for exclusive use. It was intimate and felt like our own personal oasis—perfect for relaxing in privacy. We also loved that breakfast could be ordered to the room at no extra charge, which was especially helpful on the morning of our checkout. It made everything so much smoother and more comfortable. The staff were simply incredible—so kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. From the very beginning, they gave us a fascinating introduction to the hotel's history and went above and beyond to help us with local tips and recommendations. Their hospitality made us feel completely at home. This place will forever hold a special place in my heart, as it’s where I got engaged—the happiest day of my life. The hotel team’s kindness and warm congratulations made that special moment even more unforgettable. Thank you to the kind staff member we first met in the kitchen, the lovely woman who shared the hotel’s rich story with us, and the warm-hearted lady who checked us in. The rooms and facilities were spotless, everything was beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere was cozy yet grand. We’re beyond grateful to the entire team. Prepare to step back in time, to the romance of la Belle Époque, in this elegant and sensual feast for the eyes and soul. Named for the madam of the exclusive brothel this was in yesteryears, now transformed into plush luxury and highly attentive service of today. With three period salons to enjoy a cocktail or their quite excellent bar snacks, you don't really need to leave the hotel. With the addition of a private pool and sauna, that comes with your stay, that is available to book one hour per day. They take you from your room to the spa and lock the door as they leave for you to enjoy in complete privacy attired however you choose... Service is top notch, the ratio of staff to guest makes certain you are always looked after. Well worth the price of this five star property.

This hotel is an oasis. It drips with luxury and ornate decor. Our room was large by city standards with a walk in closet, bath tub, and separate seating area. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable, enjoyable, and welcoming possible. Highly recommend.
