MaisonMe Boutique Hotel

Great location, super nice and modern rooms. Bikes and ebikes available to rent 1/2 or full day. Small but nice breakfast. Sunbeds at the lake available at no cost. We were able to take a shower in the evening after already cheking out, which was super nice. We were allowed to stay at the lake area including sunbeds all day without paying extra, loved that! The garage is underground, safe but quite unique. One has to go down in a super small elevator, which was an experience but worked out perfectly for us. 12€ parking a day, free if you park in front of the hotel. Can recommend 👌🏽

This was such a beautiful experience. The hotel is in pristine condition and in an excellent location. The service is 5 star. I would highly recommended it. From the moment I walked in, the welcome was so warm and inviting. Daniele checked me in and guided me to my room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. He gave me recommendations for restaurants in Bardolino. The hotel arranged their car for me to visit a restaurant that evening and Giovani drove me - he was lovely and explained he history of the region. Such a friendly guy. Arnisa was very helpful and friendly and helped me out with the check out process (which was very smooth). She gave me great advice in navigating a few things in my itinerary. We expected more, it was nice but not home from home. Good location with views of the lake and about 8-10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was nice but when they say they'll do anything your way, try asking for a poached egg. Can't be done despite having a pan of boiling water there. Also bit lacking on information as to what is available other than what you can see. This was a common theme as apparently bikes available to hire but couldn't tell you how much for. TV in room doesn't offer the 100+ channels. We're not usually ones to sit in and watch TV but when it's raining outside and you just need a bit of down tie we expect to get what was advertised. Shower was good but unclear wether you were expected to pay for the usual soap, shower cap etc. had a €5 ticket on it so don't know if that was for the bag or contents. Staff clearly not great walkers as asked if could walk to the wine museum it was a clear no. It was less than 30 mins and an easy walk, did a circular walk and took in another vineyard too. Was told drive or get a taxi, didn't even bother up selling the bikes. It was clean. Nice but not worth the money paid. Don't expect to be able to put much in the fridge in your room, it's tiny couldn't fit a bottle of wine in.
