A fantastic dining experience awaits at the Japanese Steakhouse in Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! From start to finish, the entire meal was a true highlight of our trip, and we couldn't have asked for better service. Our server, Bogart, was exceptional. He was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect. The real showstopper, however, was our chef, Augustin. He was not only a masterful cook but an entertaining performer as well. The hibachi show was incredible—he had some serious skills! The food itself was delicious and cooked to perfection, a testament to his expertise. We left feeling completely satisfied, having enjoyed both a fantastic meal and wonderful company. A huge thank you to Bogart and Augustin for a five-star experience! This is a must-try restaurant if you're staying at the resort.

She made sure all the details were taken care even with last minute changes that we had. Maria went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Her professionalism and friendly demeanor created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. We left the resort with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Maria. We LOVE HER!! Amazing resort. Room was not as clean as we expected but the food was pretty good. Raul at the Don Jaume restaurant was one of our best servers. The food and the service he provided was spectacular. At the Buffet Mar house restaurant and the server Daniel was also one of the people who provided us with top notch service. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable and very cozy. Loved the resort all together.
