Good food, clean rooms but the service is poor compared to the hotel quality
The room's carpet was dirty with multiple hair locks, and there were no bedside outlets, forcing me to charge my phone across the room. The hotel didn't honor the Agoda price, charging extra for our child despite the booking stating otherwise. The receptionist's attitude was appalling, locking us out of our room at check-out despite prior approval for a late check-out, and displaying unwelcoming behavior throughout our stay.
