Actually stayed in 312B and was super clean nice trip and view!
I would not recommend this property to anyone at all. We spent almost 2,000 dollars for 5 nights. On night one we got a call my husband's dad passed away. We had to leave suddenly. We cleaned the entire place top to bottom. We only were there for 1 day and the property owner refused to reimburse us for anything. Very disappointed especially in a time for expenses that could be used towards funeral. We would have liked to even be offered a credit for a future stay. Very unsympathetic to our situation. It is not like we even got to stay for half of our trip. Any money back would have been appreciated. We will be staying somewhere else in the future and will not be recommending this property at all to anyone. That place was probably cleaner when we left then when we arrived. I hope no one else has to experience what we had to. That is a lot of money we lost out on. Very discouraging that we as human beings do not have a heart.
