Best holiday Accommodation Near yo a big mall Cape town Canalwalk
I can’t speak for all of the rooms as we booked through AirBnB, but overall, the apartments are very close to Century City mall, it’s quite secure and it’s beautiful. The security team is friendly and helpful and the gym and swimming pool is a nice addition as well. The location is what got us to visit.
Majorca, unfortunately you have scored badly being in the hospitality industry... absolutely disappointed and disgusted with your house keeping and lack of management over your housekeeping crew. I spent 8 nights in your penthouse suite in block C in December and every single day the battle of fresh towels & cleaing, 6 people get 3 towels, no bath mats and the apartment was never swept or mopped on our return each day. Your front desk manager or assistant Michael is unfortunately not someone who can resolve anything when you call him. Every single day you guys had and issue with your laundry service as per your front desk? Filthy fishy smelling towels left in the apartment... INSULT TO EVERYTHING, ON THURSDAY 26TH AFTER HEADING OUT MY SON REALISED HE HAD FORGOTTEN SOMETHING AND WE RETURNED TO THE APARTMENT ABOUT AN HOUR LATER, AND TO HIS SURPRISE YOUR CLEANING LADY IS FAST ASLEEP IN HIS BED! HE TOOK A PICTURE OF THIS FYI. Does the owner of 414 really know how poorly his investment is managed? Lindsay luckily you were there to check us out and to go check the bathroom ledges as mentioned to you of how dirty it was. Majorca, you may be well situated but VERY POORLY MANAGED. DISAPPOINTED BY BASIC CLEANLINESS AND POOR MANAGEMENT.
