Hotel The rooms were spacious, bright, and airy, and everything was kept very clean. The décor was tasteful and well-done. The bathroom was a good size, although the tiles felt a bit outdated. The reception area also had a few shops, which was convenient for picking up essentials. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff The staff were both friendly and professional. They responded to our queries efficiently whenever we needed assistance. Service Overall, the service was excellent. The hotel offered a shuttle bus service that ran every 30 minutes. The bus itself was clean and comfortable. However, when I asked for the specific schedule, I wasn’t given exact times—just that it came every 30 minutes. It would have been more helpful if the service started on the hour and followed a consistent schedule from there. Although I had access to other hotel shuttle buses in the area, I preferred the Makerum bus as it was by far the best.
