This hotel is simply beautiful, relaxing and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The art and decor of the building is truly worth taking time to look at. The staff was first rate, and extremely helpful and friendly. We enioyed coming back to the hotel every evening to a nice greeting. The breakfast was nice and the service first rate. Our only improvement would be, the room had no drawers to put clothes in. We had to keep things in our suitcase. But that is a minor item, when everything else was so wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff here are helpful and friendly. The window of the premium room with a good view of the street. The greenish leafs all over the hotel which make us feel relaxed and happy! The breakfast is well prepared and tasty!! The female staff at restaurant is so nice and friendly also! Thanks so much to the front desk staff for helping me to arrange a booking at a restaurant! One male staff who was going to off duty and got ready to get his motorcycle to leave, but he still helped us to take our luggages to the car just at the entrance of hotel. Such a warm service also. Pretty sure to recommend to others for coming. Thank you so much🥰🥰 U are one of the reason which made me want to come to Chiang Mai again.

This hotel was amazing. The breakfast every morning was great and the orange juice. The service would be 100 stars if I could. They booked a muy Thai boxing class and told us when our laundry came. They also have a system where you can put your keys into a bowl and get it when you come back. It might not seem that good but it is. They also have us lots of water and made elephants out of our towels.
