Had a fantastic 7-night stay at Makmani Hotel by DNT Group! The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was really good every morning fresh, tasty, and with great variety. The Georgian breakfast is a must-try! Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again!
A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Makmani! I had an amazing experience at Hotel Makmani! The breakfast was absolutely delicious—a perfect start to the day with a variety of fresh, tasty options. The hotel is located in a historic building, which gives it such an authentic and vibey atmosphere. Every corner feels unique and charming. We couldn’t resist taking brilliant pictures in the lobby area—it’s beautifully designed and full of character! One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible staff. Everyone was kind and welcoming, but I want to give a special mention to Mary, the hotel manager. She is not only professional but also genuinely kind and helpful to every guest. If you're visiting the area, I highly recommend Hotel Makmani. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, style, and warm hospitality. Can’t wait to come back!
Makmani hotel is perfectly located, the rooms are acceptable yet not so modern, the breakfast is also adequate. The major issue in this hotel is the reception staff; first we have booked and got a confirmation by mail yet when we reached the hotel they have forgotten our booking and they started to see how to accommodate us in twin bed rooms despite our reservation was for a king bed rooms, they gave a discounted price to make it up for us but we slept in small bed... Furthermore, they don't keep up their words, very unprofessional, Mary Vartanyan the reception manager promised me to change my room from 2 single bed to 1 double bed for the 3rd night of our stay and she never did despite my follow up; also after i left the hotel i suspected that i have forgotten my sunglasses and phone charger in the room, i reached her on the same mail which i used to book, yet NO REPLY even after 2 reminders.... this is very unprofessional from a hotel staff.
