Came out for a day trip in the off season to swim in their gigantic pool and have lunch at the restaurant. Our group was the only one there so we had the whole place to ourselves. It can get very busy, however, so plan your visit accordingly. Delicious food in the restaurant and a decent beer selection. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Wonderful place. We rented a bungalow for 5 adults and 3 children. It was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, and with wonderful views of nearby mountains and Lonquimay volcano. The hot springs are very nice, getting a bit dated, but still very nice. The location close to restaurants, waterfalls and the ski resort make it a wonderful place to stay at.
Definitely a place to visit during the winter we were there in the summer and it was very quiet. The staff was lovely but the rooms were just OK. The pool and thermal spa was indoor but extraordinary. Kind of a boring place though otherwise . Very beautiful view though.
