We loved the fact that the rooms have windows that open slightly to let in the fresh air. Although the hotel appears a little older, our experience has been quite good. Check in went smoothly, the staff were friendly. And the rooms were comfortable. Safe bet if you are passing through the area.
The room was clean and the complimentary stuff in the room was nice. It’s laid out in a warren of a way. Got turned around several times trying to find my room on several occasions. They have done a good job of signage and helping to get people to reception from most places in the hotel. Automated kiosks made check in really easy. Didn’t work on checkout but not a huge deal. Lots of employees to help.
The hotel has some positive aspects, but overall it falls short for the price. • The food quality needs improvement. Croissants seemed a few days old, and many items were too oily. • Pricing feels high compared to what’s offered. Some parts of the stay were fine, but value for money is lacking.
