Stayed 2 nights. Room was fantastic with a fantastic view over the Albert Dock. I was greeted with a birthday card and Irish chocolates from the hotel and especially the lovely April who took time to do this as we here to celebrate my birthday then my son's wedding the following day. All the staff we lovely. Next time we stay in Liverpool it will certainly be at the Maldron. Thank you for making it a special trip
Stayed with friends. Good that they have luggage store. Busy reception but guy very competent. Our room was clean & quiet had walk in shower, double and single bed in room. Good quiet air-conditioning . Hairdryer in room. Fabulous breakfast! Easily walkable from Lime Street station 15min. Great for Albert Dock.
This was my 1st stay at a Maldron hotel. First impressions it looked a nice hotel. Check in took ages. Big queue and not enough staff. The room was OK but the view was a brick wall. Not the best but as we were only staying 1 night it didn't bother me too much. The shower was very good. Shame I can't say the same for the air conditioning. The noise was horrific so had to turn it off. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food. All in all it was OK.
