Maldron Hotel Newlands Cross

I had an amazing time at this hotel. I was staying a few nights here with my boyfriend. The restaurant served lovely food and the bar had a really nice atmosphere. We’ve been served by Samira and the hospitality she offered was amazing. We didn’t know what to get from the menu so she recommended her all time favourite, which was the steak and fries. Highly recommend getting her as your server, 10/10 👍🏼

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 – Wonderful Stay with Just One Minor Issue We had a brilliant stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. You really feel looked after from the moment you arrive. The food was excellent, full of flavour and the perfect way to start the day. We were also very impressed with the disabled access throughout the hotel—the accessible rooms were spacious, well-designed, and genuinely comfortable. The only small downside was the shower—after being set, it had a tendency to go hot and cold, and it sometimes flooded the bathroom a bit, creating a slip hazard. With a few adjustments there, the experience would’ve been flawless. That said, for the price, service, and overall quality, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and happily stay again!

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. We did stay on the hottest day ever and it was crazy hot in the room as no air con or fans. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming. Late bar/security not so much. I would recommend and stay again. We didn’t have breakfast as it’s quite expensive - we went across the road and had a lovely breakfast.
