We stayed for one night, the room was spacious with a huge bed and TV. With complimentary tea, coffee, water and biscuits. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was overall fairly clean but very dusty on the floor and window sills. Unfortunately, even with all the windows open and a requested fan from the front desk - the room was unbelievably hot. So much so that my partner and I barely slept as it was unbearable overnight. Air con or ventilation of some kind is definitely needed. Also, the shower leaked into the bathroom floor due to the way it was set up. Overall, it was comfy and spacious, with good storage. Not sure I would stay again unless there are other rooms that are much cooler.

A good level of service and a good standard of accommodation for the price. Make it better with a bit more attention to detail; our toilet seat was loose, housekeeping should have noticed that when cleaning and then told maintenance. Also, keep customers happy by applying offer prices during the stay, e.g. breakfast, rather than asking people to upgrade before hand. Would I stay again - yes.

Location wise this is a great hotel. But that's pretty much it. We are on vacation here to Dublin and I cannot stress enough to other tourists, don't stay here. There is no air conditioning, regardless of what's on their website. So during summer we had to leave our window open all night and ended up listening to drunks walking and loud cars. Not on my to do list. Second issue is their parking, an employee at the front desk needs to actually see you to open the gate. I spent more time at the gate waiting than in the hotel. There are no actual tv channels, and the bed slides if you sit up. Basically this is a cheap hotel, without the price, for pub crawling or other night activities, not for tourists.
