The service was perfect, rooms are cleaned every morning, and towels are changed as well. The host Maria was extremely friendly and helpful with all questions we asked. The pool is large and great for relaxing. The rooms are really spacious for the price with TV and two balconies included. Overall we are more than satisfied and will more than likely return here!

It is unacceptable for this hotel to continue operating while guests are getting robbed inside their rooms. This is not just a bad experience — it’s a serious issue of safety and trust. I urge anyone who went through the same to share their experience. 👎 I do not recommend anyone to book here, even if the price is tempting. Safety comes first.

Terrible Experience – Very Disappointing Stay I had a very bad experience at this hotel. Many of the services that were supposed to be included in the booking were only available for an extra charge – even though we had already paid in advance. Room service was completely absent for five consecutive days; no one came to clean the room, check on it, or even provide fresh towels. You have to buy everything yourself from outside – there was nothing available in the room or bathroom. What made things even worse is that more than €450 were stolen from the safe inside our room. It was a huge shock to realize that the room containing the money was cleaned several times, and once we emptied the safe, no one came back to clean it again. Meanwhile, the other room, which had no money in it, was completely ignored and never received any service at all. The overall condition of the hotel was poor. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I truly hope no one else has to go through such a terrible experience.
