From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—warm, attentive, and genuine. The staff made us feel truly welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the balcony felt like a dream. The on-site amenities were equally impressive—relaxing spa treatments, delicious food, and a serene ambiance throughout the property. Everything about this stay felt luxurious yet relaxed. Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. If you’re heading to Malibu, don’t miss this gem. We can’t wait to come back!

It was an amazing stay! We’ll for sure be back! Everything was excellent from the awesome staff to the amazing food both at the restaurant and room service. The room is wonderful with ocean views for days and the accommodations in the room are excellent and allow for a great stay. An awesome and easily accessible location and very pleasant valet and front desk staff. All around six stars if I could rate as such. Great! One of the best for sure.

We had a first class experience at Malibu Beach Inn. We have been on many vacations and stayed at many hotels and Malibu Beach Inn has been the best thus far. Five star experience! Every staff member from the Desk Agent, Greeters/Valet Attendants, Restaurant Staff, and Housekeeping were professional, accommodating, and most importantly kind and interpersonal. Professional and proactive engagement. Everyone exhibited enthusiasm providing comfort and full satisfaction in our stay. The food was great and well prepared. We want to give a special “Thank You” to Marty the Restaurant Manager who is professional and personable and can make the best sweet ice tea! Very clean, cozy and warm interior, and spacious rooms. Heated toilet seat, bidet, comfortable bed, and bottles water each night are the special amenities that made us feel rich for a few days. The hotel stay and exceptional operational team made our vacation delightful. We will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Malibu!
