The Sauna was awesome,in the dark with many lights was amazing ,steam intra red ,ice bucket ,cold bath,private sauna room,relax area with frozen waterfall,then a jacuzzi in the snow,then into swimming pool full of spring water,with many hydro massage jets,pumped iron and had a chance of Thai massage or gong therapy but was so wasted,just chilled out on a stone mosaic bench which was heated to a 100 degrees while I looked at the ceiling to floor waterfall..kosmic even drugs can’t make you sweat like a horse after the grand national.

We wanted to visit their SPA in between Christmas and NYE. Well first impression was dog poops all over the parking place so first step from car right to it. Well done. The staff at the reception were super unfriendly, they just wanted to charge us quickly without any information. So we paid 300 zlotych (70 euros) for sauna visit for 2 people. I would really expect something nice for this price. But nope. First you get totally lost in the hotel cause you need to cross cafe and restaurant to find the sauna, then there is just a hallway with locker where you change - no place to sit or put your stuff on and changing in the hallway wasn't a great experience - people passing by, you are naked, well done. We didn't get any towels and the greatest thing was, we could spend in sauna only 45 minutes, because then they were closing at 17. So yes, 300 zlotych for 45 min. What a deal. Never again! If someone wanna go to sauna or pool, try to go to Libverda Spa in CZ, where you pay 10 euros for 90 minutes of sauna and pool and people are lovely there.

Fairly good food but tremendously long wait. Half of the table gets food, finishes it and the other half is still waiting. Lipstick stains on the coffee cups. Great location and idea but very poor execution and poor service.
